I would think as a customer service based industry the employees would do their best to not be rude and tick off the customers... Guess I was horribly wrong in thinking this!... The female at the counter made a very loud snyde remark toward me when I commented we would have to find a office depot because they (office max) did not offer the same service that we are used to at office depot. The fact is that if I had the thought of coming back to office max for anything else that thought is gone now because of the rude customer... read more
