The return policy at this store is bad didn't even get my money back I return a Router that was not working back to the store I bought it from and they return the money to a gift card that I told them I no longer have. I am a very disappointed that OfficeMax can not even given me store credit and their policy is to give you the customer a number for you to call and hope to get your money back there goes $50 down the in the trash.#unfair #OfficeMax #bad #customerservice #neveragain
