Clean and well lit I don't have much to say about this place other than it was clean and well lit. The staff didn't know if they wanted to be there or not and so I left with a blah attitude. They did however have a lot of options, things in stock, variety...take your pick. And if it was on sale it was a great price.
Almost every store I have been in lately has amped up their customer service, as soon as an employee sees you, they ask if you need help finding something. Apparently Office Max didn’t get the memo. Not a single employee asked if I needed help, I passed six of them as I was browsing the store looking for what I needed. Nor did any of them greet me. Customer service is basically nonexistent at this store.
