customer representative had no idea what I needed even after explaining it several times, staff should be trained before being left to take care of customers
The people in the print lab are no help! Every time I go in there the "rules" are different. Even after printing the same exact thing weeks before. They either don't know what they are doing, or there is a problem with the machines. I can not stand this store!!! I will no longer be a customer there.
