We dropped a one of a kind, irreplaceable notebook here for copies in September. The person "helping" was extremely rude at the time. Several months went by with no word on the copy. Finally went in to be told they remodeled in October and threw everything they had back there away. The manager claimed he called everyone twice, but not only did we never get a call they didn't even have a record of us as customers (even though they did charge us).
