They are terrible. No one says hello when you come in. There is nobody to help you if you are having trouble finding the item that you are seeking. You only get help if you yourself ask the person at the printing station. Once I got my item, there was no cashier to charge me and they had to call someone. It appears that whoever who they called was struggling with using the system. He finally figured out how to use the device and processed my order but I felt something was wrong with the final amount. Es increible la mala disposicion que tienen los empleados para atender los clientes, no hablan, estan pendientes del telefono movil, no responden un saludo o una despedida, en general muy poco atentos. Lastimosamente es un sitio donde debes ir porque no hay otra opcion, el lugar muy bien surtido en todos los articulos.
