Manager Diego Martinez comply belittled me for asking what I thought were basic questions. Sorry I'm a senior and don't understand technology that well, he should definitely not be around customers.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location due to the manager, Diego Martinez. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect by someone in a leadership position. From the moment I approached him, he was rude, condescending, and belittling. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel like an absolute idiot for asking basic questions.
