Twice I have been in the store with cash in hand and can’t get anyone to quit looking at their phone to help me. Today I asked the little blond girl at the service desk if someone could help me buy a monitor. She never looked up and mumbled something. 10 minutes later I walked out. There was only 1 customer in the whole store.
I purchased a computer here last fall (is been less than a year) my toddler accidentally broke the charger. I purchased the protection plan at the time. I have moved twice since and so was unable to found the receipt. I went to the store and they don't sell and Canby even order a charger that works for my computer. Gave me a number to call to get my receipt. They promised it in 48 hours. It was the weekend I gave them a couple extra days still don't have it. Called back they couldn't find it.
