I made a huge mistake, first I went to office max, next, I purchased a warranty on a new back pack from office max in colonie only 4 months ago. The zipper ripped and I took out the warranty and called and they found my contract, but i didn't have the receipt which was supposed to be stapled to the warranty, thats what i was told anyway. Anyway even though they saw I had purchased the warranty they told me they could not help and to basically go pound salt. I will go elsewhere for a new backpack.
