WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I bought a laptop online to pick up at the store. The transaction went through. I then called before hand to make sure they had the laptop. I was told the order was canceled. I called the support line and spoke with an oriental representative. They barely spoke English and didn't understand me.
