DO NOT BUY their Office Depot printer ink. They won't return it (even with receipt) if their remanufactured ink stops working because the printer started to detect non-genuine ink. I just wasted $63 on Office Depot ink. It's not returnable bc package is opened (but unused and now printer is detecting non-genuine ink).

Pretty upset with their service. Ordered and item online just because my Shipping and Billing address were different, the order was cancelled. They didn't even had the courtesy to call me back. Inspite of spending 2hrs on 11/27 in their store where I could have had that item purchased easily, choosing online Office Max was bad mistake. I would never get back to them for any purchase online.
I went here tonight around 8pm and while I was going to leave, an employee named "Max" asked to look in my bag as I walked out after asking me if I found the picture frames I asked another employee about. I got the bag from the printing station when I got a print made. So is it often that employees like Mr. Max ask to check customer's bags before they leave?
