Excellent Service and Prompt Attention Sometimes the Office Max staff can be a little too zealous in their aim to provide customer service (do they get commission?). The employees of this store seem to know that there's a balance between breathing room and assistance, and they are very good at allowing you to simply shop - but their always near if you have a question.
Long Time Customer I have also felt they go a little overboard. I .was surprised when I went in over the weekend and the staff was cut way back and I couldn't find anyone but the cashier in the store. This time I had question. Balance Office Max Balance.
We were in a time crunch and needed something printed right at opening today, Monday, 5/7/18. My husband arrived their just before their 8am open time to make sure he could get right in. He had to wait until at least 8:10 for someone to come and even unlock/open the store. I tried to call as well, and no one answered. The guy opening told my husband he thought it was Sunday.
