Their custom print department is exceptional and highly skilled, especially Blanca. When it comes to their points/reward system, i am clueless. Tried to figure it out, but couldn't!
Went in to have something laminated, two customer service people and only one other customer.... takes 25 minutes?? Come on man, no wonder this store is so empty !
