Ordered online for print weeks ago, got a call about an issue, fixed issue in file and resent to them. No response. Sent again next day, no response. Sent two more times still with no response (I had been receiving the auto-reply email confirming the store and that they received it but nothing else). Went in today, 3/30/19 at approximately 1:35pm for a quick purchase. NO ONE offered to help me. I stood at the check out area while the cashier checked out a customer and the 2 “gentlemen” employees stood behind her. Yes, they knew I was standing there as we made eye contact and then they turned their backs to me! Office Max.....shame on you!!! You lost the sale and a customer. Best Buy gained a sale and a new customer!
Use the online search to find what I was looking for.online search said they had 3. Got there and hey had none. Waste of time and staff was lacked about everything. Won’t be going back.
Went into the store for a problem with some HP ink cartridges that I bought there ,,,,first they gave me some run around,then the manager Andy told me to bring in my printer and they would look at it ,,so I came back with the printer,,, that's what he did just look at it didn't check it out,, but he said the printer was probably broke ,,,and if I contact HP about this problem they would not do anything for me so don't even waste my time,,, I won't be wasting my money there anymore for sure
