Should have been simple - ordered something online, pick it up at the store. I get that I had to wait while the guy was helping someone else with a print order, but when that guy (the only one in that area) left there, when by the registers, checked that person out and then started checking out other guests (while me and another guy were standing waiting) is unacceptable. BTW - there was another cashier there. I went and pulled the ink cartridge from the shelf that I had ordered on line and checked out. The guy was still at ... read more
We called in ahead of time for a computer.they said it was on hold for us and that I could be there in 45 mins to get it. Upon arrival they would not sell us a computer bc thing had to be deletes off of it and it's a 24hr turn around....so I wasted my time ...my aunt who needed it to work from home wasted her time and my gas for not even an appology.....the ast. Manager claimed to be manager and that nothing could be done no sorry or anything even though they made me drive for no reason I will never shop here again
