I just had another disappointing experience at this office max location. I ordered flyers to be printed and they were ready for pick up yesterday. I waited for 5 Minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. After acknowledging I was there, they proceeded to print a new order for the person in front of me and didn’t ask if I was just picking up. I've come in on another two occasions to have printing done and the woman who is in charge of that area was very rude. She seems to have an "I wish you would just hurry up and leave" attitude towards me. Plus on my latest visit, yesterday (10-17-17), I asked to have someone help me with the personal printers after my experience with the printing department and no one came over. I then walked out. I will drive to Kenosha and have my printing done or go to WalMart and buy printer. I am very disappointed.
