This store is horrible. I thought it was just printing services that were terrible. No. EVERYTHING about this store and business is horrible. I had the misfortune of needing to use Office Max's printing services. With prices consistently changing and staff switching out, service at the print station is absolutely horrendous. A print job that used to take ten minutes now takes an hour and a half, costs twice as much, and you have the displeasure of having to deal with incredibly rude employees who don't know what they're doing and openly complain to you about their job and make it YOUR problem.
This is the second week in a row that I have been to your store for the advertised items and this is the second week in a row they are all gone on a Tuesday. How can you sell out on a Tuesday for a week long special?? I am very disappointed.
I placed an order at this store for 3 pieces of office furniture, I received a horizontal file, the hutch, but no desk. This was on 1/22/15. They have been giving me the run around ever since. I am so fed up with being transferred and lied to it is outrageous!!! All I want is what was promised and I can't cancel the order because they have my money and the items are a matching set. Is this the way that OfficeMax does business? I should sincerely hope not! I hope that everyone who reads this is aware and cautious.
