I'm confused as to why some states have an Office Max that has no limit on penny items and others, like this one do! As most know, teacher's spend a lot of money on their students. Having us make a $5 purchase first in order to get 3 penny items is costing us more money in the long run! All teacher's are trying to do is be able to provide our students with a few supplies that will benefit their daily educational experience!
