I had very helpful customer service when buying my printer, pricing ink cartridges, and shopping for a laptop.
Didn't have what I needed. Two pretty basic items - 1 primary journal and a 3-ream case of Office Depot brand copy paper. The associate told me, "Yeah, you just came at the wrong time." Excuse me? No sir. Looks like this store picked the WRONG time to run out of simple back-to-school items. It's only the Saturday before area schools return. Imagine that. :-(
