Not helpful at all! Extremely poor customer service!!!
My computer was dead! I tripped over the power cord destroying the only power source it had. Carissa and Josh at Tech Services teamed up to help me. I'm in the process of purchasing my own business and they sensed my urgency to get my computer functioning again. Josh ran diagnostics on my laptop and Carissa took the info to order me a new power cord and battery. This reader will be pleased to know that Office Max price matches! It's no wonder this place is going downhill. After waiting 20 minutes at the print center the only worker behind the counter finally acknowledged me along with two other individuals waiting and said that it would take 24 hours to print and bind a presentation since he was two days behind. I asked him about the same day service and he said that it didn't apply. This location is a complete joke and needs to be shut down. Every time I enter this pathetic establishment there's an issue.
