Asked cashier for power cable, pointed to an area which I had already been. Relooked and still no cable, asked again, same thing, asked for someone who could help and was told they were on break. Called customer service for help, was on hold for 15 mins and still no cable. Hung up and left. Will never shop here again.
Their website says things r in stock but u don't find them in store. But usually good offers for back to school
Worst Office Depot in the area. Even when only one one or two customers present in the store with visibly available 5 staff members won’t help you. Manager will act cranky as well. As a regular shopper at Office Depot it’s very disappointing to see such a store and attitude of the staff at this location. Hope the corporate folks looks into it.
