Would not replace a printer bought on line that broke after 10 days. Not only out the cost of a laser printer but an additional toner cartridge. Told me that that is an issue between the manufacturer and I. We are talking 10 DAYS!
I bought a desk for my Granddaughter at the College Drive Office Max, When I got it home, and it was put together, I realized it was not the desk I had bought. Brian, the manager, went out of his way to be sure that this was resolved quickly and without any stress for me. I was given the correct desk immediately and we brought the incorrect desk back at our convenience I recommend this store to anybody that wants awesome customer service. This store will get all of my office supply business. They all rock!!!!!!
Came in this evening and had one of the BEST customer service experiences ever in a retail store. Kris, the Assistant Manager, was patient, friendly and talked to me about the repair work done on my mom's computer in a way that I found easy to understand. Thank you! Well done Office Max!
