better customer service and not leave people on hold forever because you don't have a clue what you are doing
I would call corporate and complain but the call center is outside the US and it’s difficult to communicate. Alex the manager is rude and lacks professionalism. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this situation with higher management.

After waiting in line at the cashiers for about 15 minutes I observed one of the two cashiers leave his position to check on a customer’s request instead of calling another store person to do it! Not once but twice which really bogged down the process! One of the first things management should do is instruct employees that after shopping the store without help that the checkout line can make or break a store’s reputation! NO ONE wants a slow check out line to make their purchases! Sign me appalled and aggravated!
A huge shout out to to Ms. Sonia over in Print & Copy! She is customer-focused, patient, fast, efficient and accurate. So appreciative of her services!
