Very Professional Office Max's document and copy center in Federal Way has a very professional staff. The job was done well and on short notice, too. The best part? The quote for the job was $900 less than what was given by another "high profile" copy center in Federal Way. You can't beat this place! PROS: cost efficient, professional, attentive staff CONS: none
BOGUS computer Repair My computer cannot open the file from the shot cut on the desktop screen. I ran the antivirus program and found no virus, so I bring my computer to OfficeMax since I have the free system screen coupon. Drew the tech guy over there was nice and told me that he need to get the system diagnostic and fix for $129.99 . And he said if it not fixed, I will get a refund in 14 days. so there are no risk for me. I left the computer with him overnight. He called me the next day and said that my computer was fixed.... read more
