Horrible customer service when I went in. Given inaccurate information when I called before going in, so the trip was a wasted trip and made worse by the bad customer service in the print area.

Waited for 5+ mins to only be told by the employee they can't ship my letter.... SMH
They have horrible service unless you have a man with you.
