Presumably they are permanently closed. Good riddance. I purchased a printer using a credit card and when I tried to return it unopened a few days later they said they only pay credits by check and will not refund to a credit card, only by check. They sent someone to my home to pick up the printer and I (wisely) asked the driver to sign that he picked it up. (He said he normally provides no proof of pick-up.) My mom had the worst customers service experience at your store in richmond VA in White Oak.
I called today to see if they had a certain calculator my 16 year old daughter needed for school tomorrow as I was having a hard time finding one elsewhere. I was told there was one left so I asked them hold it until my husband got off work to get it. They stated they would. My husband gets there to get it and they had given it to someone else. Now I have no time to go get one. Had they told me earlier they wouldn't hold I would have had time to go somewhere else. That is not good customer service!
Nice place. But the dock area to unload is in front . your front of your truck sticks out in the travel lane in the strip mall area.
