RecommendedToday I needed some items printed, I called as I was coming to town to see about the price that it would be to have some pages printed, I spoke to Kris on the phone and she gave wonderful customer service on the phone, I got to the store and was waiting in line while social distancing an associate asked me to step up to be serviced and it was Kristen (Kris) she said I believe I spoke to you on the phone and gave me wonderful customer service by the phone and in person, I wish there was more people like her at other business!... read more
There are currently 2 customers in the entire store, I have been waiting 7 minutes (thus far) to print a single page, yes 1 page. I guess this encourages people to buy their own printers, so if the technique is to sell more printers it may work...
