I went in today to get 30 copies made for my sons class Valentine’s Day gifts and only received 16. I am pissed because now they are closed and He will not be able to deliver these to his class tomorrow. I have wasted my money and time!!! I need a manager to call me ASAP!!!! why are the print station men so careless and show the complete opposite of customer service?!!!
I came in to have some documents printed. It was quite a few copies of documents for work. I didn't have the paper or ink to print at home or the office. When someone finally wandered over to the copy and print area to "help me," all I got was an attitude. The employee kept asking if I really need to have so many copies made with an attitude.
