Be very careful of HP ink cartridges from Office Max/ Depot. These ARE NOT NEW- they are REFURBISHED and they only work part of the time. OFFICE MAX WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR OFFICE MAX CARTRIDGES UNLESS U RETURN IN ORIGINAL BOX- hard to do if u have a two-pack and one does work. Have had bad experience with HP refilled/ refurbished before but it was the only ink available due to shortages. Don’t use the HP office Max cartridges as they don’t tell you they are refurbished except in tiny print on the box!
I was in today needing assistance with my computer. I was not able to copy and print at home. Kim was more than helpful back where you get copies made. She helped me with my computer and made sure that it printed up and let me proof read it. Every time I been in office Max in the copy area they been more than helpful and knowledgeable on computer information printing letters and transferring it to them to be printed thank you guys so much
