Worst store ever! Needed to fax 36 pages. Misunderstood clerk who at the end charged me 55.00 to fax them. I was completely floored. They had a fax machine on sale for 49.00. Why wouldn’t you offer that if you knew your cost was 1.69 per page. I’ll never step foot in this place again.
PSA: I was charged $12.69 to send a fax TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE!! During this uncertain time, OfficeMax should be ashamed for charging that much!!!!
Just told my elderly step father that the planner he ordered last month, that is sitting at our UPS hub for almost 2 weeks, he couldn't get a refund for because 'they have no way to know that he didn't get it', yet can't seem to type in the tracking number that they gave him to see that no, he did not get it.
So i come to pickup my order from Office max.. the order is not correct.. ok.. no problem this could be fixed. But the customer service here.. omg!!!! They need to be retrained in basic communication. I asked the young lady how long will it take for the reprint.. she turned her back walked away and said something.. Never again will I shop there. Waited in the print area for 20 plus minutes for someone to help me. I was literally the only customer in the store. I needed 280 black and white one sided copies.....I was told it would take 72 hours from the eye rolling girl who finally came back there. She clearly hated her job. Went over to Fed Ex office and was in and out in 5 minutes with my copies and all smiles from employees there.
Worst customer service ever. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to report to the print area to help me with my order. Asked two different staff members for assistance and no one reported to the print station. This is why people shop online. Customer service is seriously lacking in this store. If I didn't have an order to pay for, I would definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
