I went to the Green Bay east side Office Max and proceeded to purchase three years copies of tax forms off of a flash drive. This was 88 pages, at 10 cents a copy, $8.80 plus tax. Logan, the customer service representative, did not offer to staple these papers into separate years. I had to ask. He had no clue which stapler would work and offered the wrong stapler. The stapler I needed failed after the first attempt even though it still had staples, and he made no attempt to rectify the situation. Should have been handled muc... read more
I realize we are in a larger area, but items that are advertised to be on sale are rarely still in stock by mid week. I could understand if they had run out by Fri. or Sat., but mid week is crazy. If you have run out of an item you should order more or have a substitution. This was not just the case with 1 item but all most all items. Please fix this!
