Worst customer service ever. Self-service machine’s are always broke. People in printing don’t have a clue. And now I’ve made two special trips in to return some clips only to be told the first time to come back after the 20th, today to come back after may 4. So they can take my money , but can’t return it? I will be taking my business to Madison from here on.
