Waited for over 10 minutes to purchase one item while the lone person completely ignored me. They have lots of items that you can't find elsewhere, but their customer service is very poor.
Bought a printer not even a year ago and it stopped working I took it in and was told there is nothing they can do bring it is under manufacture warranty.. So I am stuck with a worthless printer and a extra warranty that I paid for..
