Unbelievable Service I had one horrible time .. I wanted to get some help .. needless to say no one there to help .. So I go to back and there they are talking .. I stood for a few minutes then decided to ask ,. WOW what kind of service is that ?
Verbal Attacks I wanted to purchase some labels which I purchased at Oshkosh Office Max in the past and was told VERY RUDELY BY THE STORE MANAGER that I didn't purchase the labels at HIS store, he never sold them, and among other things that I should shop somewhere else. He also stepped much inside my personal space and I felt threatened so I filed a complaint with the MAIN Office Max store and haven't heard a thing. Guess they don't care about their customers!
Great place to buy supplies! The manager is especially friendly and helpful, but all of the employees go out of their way to make shopping at the Oshkosh OfficeMax a good experience. I have had them go out of their way more than once to help me. I go to OfficeMax first for my supplies just because they have been so helpful in the past! I recommend this store to everyone!!
Excellent service at Oshkosh OfficeMax I have always gotten excellent service at the Oshkosh Office Max, especially in the copy center. The store is staffed with many competent and helpful associates, and I have never had a bad experience
Office Max was supposed to have stuff printed yesterday and it wasn't touched until I had come in this morning and "reminded" them. Had another lady before me also waiting for stuff to be printed for her wedding TODAY that she ordered several weeks in advance.

Thought we were getting a great deal on a new lap top - less than two weeks later and the speaker sounds like crap. They tried really hard to get us to not exchange it......We were told - not a big deal because the speaker will be no good in a few years anyway. Then why did I buy a new computer? Running out of places to get quality merchandise that has the backing of quality customer service.
