Oh my God the manager Jeanie was absolutely fabulous. She was outstanding above and beyond went to help John who walks with a walker and who is a Vietnam vet pick out an office chair for big and tall that was super comfy for him to sit in it was awesome she waited on us like kings and queens it was fabulous

Watched the store manager make a little boy cry. Grandma brought her grandson to buy his own school supplies with his own money. Grandma took advantage of the store specials, but since grandma bought stuff they wouldnt honor the grandson as a separate household to take advantage of the promotions. In the world of techological advancements its a shame customer service and common sense hasn't advanced along with it.
