Customer Service is dead.... I went into This Office Max to buy a new printer for my home/work office. I stood in the Printer isle and tried to get an employees attention for well over 10 minutes before just picking up a printer cartridge for my broken printer. When I was checking out the young woman behind the counter robotically asked if the cartridge was all I was buying and I said that I had hope to buy a printer but there was no-one on the floor to help me.
