Excellent Service Excellent service! I had an issue and they took care of it with a great sense of urgency and took the time to explain the printers I was looking at.
unhappy customer Horrible service. Snotty, indifferent, rude. They need a manager that will make their employees work and know that if they don't have customers they will not have a job!
Serice is horrible!!! Service is horrible!!! Five staff on duty... three customers counting myself... the staff acknowledged my presence and said they would be there right with me. I left after standing there waiting for 12 minutes.
Stock is variable, pretty impersonal Compared to other Office Max locations, this one tends to be out of stock on a lot of things. Staff will ask you if you found everything, but are pretty indifferent if you tell them you didn't because they were out of stock again.
