This company went above and beyond to make a worsening situation stop its downward spiral! In fact, they didn't stop their efforts until it went from ONE star to FIVE stars!!!! They corrected the issues with the first project and encouraged me to pursue my second project with them. They "nailed it!". Thank-you, Elk River Office Max, for integrity and for doing whatever it takes to do a job well and creating a satisfied customer! Words backed with action!
Returned a laptop because it didn't suite my needs. Full refund, no restocking fee, no hassle. I was all around VERY pleased.
Does not care about families. Scheduled teen employees for Thur, Fri and Sat. No holiday for them at all. Totally disregarded time off requests and offered time off to an employee who hadn't even made a request off because they were friends. I will never spend a dime there. Sadly the employee loves his job and has no choice.
