Would not take a return on an office floor mat because it was past the return date for furniture. $44 going in the garbage. Will no longer shop at an Office Depot/Max again.
I returned an item and received a gift card for the amount of $71.01 or so I thought. Now I have a completely useless gift card. I guess they never loaded it.
Sign outside store says "color copies $0.49" . Sign inside says $0.69. Clerk gave some lame excuse. When asked if they would at least match UPS store price was told No. Won't be going here ever again!
Nice trip to office max today. Walked in with the intent to spend $180 on a standing desk (clearly marked $109) and an office chair. Left with nothing after being advised that the legs of the desk are sold separately for another $80. What? First why wouldn't you put that on the sign, and second, who buys a desk with no legs? The snotty sales associates reply was that it's not his job to make the signs. Good work. You turned an easy $180 sale into a customer leaving both empty handed and pissed.
