bathroom was disgusting. manager acted like it was no big deal when I let him know it needed attention. very rude.
Thank you to samantha in the printing department! I made an error and submitted an order Friday for shipping when I needed it same day. Her and the manager provided excellent customer service and were able to get my order completed on a Sunday within a couple of hours!! Thank you so much! I wouldn't have received my order until 9 days after submission if I had let the online order process from their "hub." You guys saved the day.
