Ordered a desk and hutch from this location and had it shipped to me as they didnt carry it in store, hutch arrived damaged. Called the store back to get immediate results and was told to call the 800 number on the order confirmation because they could do nothing instore. No apologies, nothing. As of today, we were told this item would be delivered before 5 and nothing came. A waste of money and time, please take your business elsewhere.
Store won't honor price match even with another Office Max. Go to Staples instead. Service is much better.
