I was VERY disappointed with my visit today. I bought graph paper from a clearance cart marked $1 but when I went to checkout my mother noticed that they were ringing up $ 2.50 and she told the very cold and rude cashier that the graph paper was marked $1 and he just said he had to finish the transaction for it to come out right and of course it didn't and I was charged full price. Next time I'll just be more aware.
I was an employee for 8 years, before the buyout. I know what great customer service looks like. This store is horrible. employees refuse to even make eye contact, let alone offer any help. this is my last visit to this store. corporate needs to show up and see what's going on in this store!
Treat employees like crap cause you want them to quit. Keep righting them up because Dr doesn't want you to work until healed. Yeah great place to work.
Great store, very informative customer service.
