Horrible HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again!! Reason why I stick to Staples.
This Store and probably ALL OfficeMax Stores only have a 15 Day return policy. At least on Repeaters. I bought one that worked well for about a month and then started dropping the connection. Called and was told, "SOL". Contact the manufacturer. You need to carry better products or at least increase your return policy to 90 Days.
