I have two adjustable bar stool chairs that used to belong to my brother, who passed away. The adjustment lever fell right out of one, making it unusable. I took it to several places, having trouble finding anyone who would try to fix it. Someone suggested Office World, and the staff, the service, and the work were all absolutely the best. I'm so glad I took it there! They took it apart, re-welded it, and it was less expensive than anticipated.
These people lie and they do not honor there warranty. Do not trust Nathan. He won't return your phone calls. When you pay several hundred dollars on an office chair and the chair wears out before the warranty and you refuse to replace it is not a good business practice.
Office chairs and tables helpful but no cheap chairs.
