These people lie and they do not honor there warranty. Do not trust Nathan. He won't return your phone calls. When you pay several hundred dollars on an office chair and the chair wears out before the warranty and you refuse to replace it is not a good business practice.
Office chairs and tables helpful but no cheap chairs.

When I tried to return 2 shelving units, they repeatedly denied my claim even after I shipped it back according to their instructions and they received it and I provided proof. I also was told that my shipping of the return would be refunded and provided written proof of this.
