The company is supposed to send you ink toner automatically when it gets low. They did not do that. Now we have no ink toner in a very busy office setting. They said they would overnight it on 10/25/22. We called to check status at 0930 on 10/26/22 they said the order was left open and it never got sent. What a joke of a company. They also come in in the middle of a busy business day to tie up our printer to “check it out” magically it’s always broken a day or two after the visit. Would not recommend.

I worked for them for 8 years. I wouldn't recommend working or dealing with them.poor poor customer service and they don't care about their employees at all. To big for their shoes.

I can’t comment on the past as I didn’t know much about OSV. However I was impressed enough to accept a sales position with them taking over the western region of New Hampshire. I did ask questions in regards to the reviews and they were up front and honest.
