Today they only had 2 people working due to Call offs. So Amazon returns was closed. Seems like upper management needs to hire more people. I don't blame the two people working they were trying to help everyone. I drove in from Puebli West specifically to return items. What a wasted trip.

I have had a copier and have done business with Office Sytems for years. They by far have the best customer service and most friendly and knowledgeable technicians in town. They are always helpful and usually show up to fix any issues within hours of me calling. Their equipment is top of the line and priced right. I highly recommend them to any person/ business looking for a copier/printer!!
