My printer jammed up on Friday evening around 4:15pm. An error came up and it kept forcing me to shut it down. This happened at very inconvenient time. I had an intense work load. Unfortunately, Office Supplies did not have a tech available that evening. I had to work Saturday so I asked if they were open then and the office told me no.
