Office Spots consistently does a great job of getting our carpets sparkling clean despite the efforts of our two cats and their digestive systems. Elizabeth is great with reminders and calling to let us know they are on the way. Dave and team do a superb job of cleaning, followed our instructions to the tee and are quick. The drying time is fast, so carpet was clean by the time we got home from work. Highly recommend!
I've used Office Spots twice after using many companies in the past. I'll be sticking with them! Elizabeth takes care of making the appointments, communication & she's very professional & polite. I even got a reminder recently that it has been a year since our last cleaning. To give a local business some work these days, I thought, absolutely! Got a call half hour before the two men arrived, on time, will have again. I will call the business looking for an odor product to diminish the urine order though.
We had Office Spots come and clean the carpet in our office in Pleasanton. They came out and gave us a quote and said that they would be able to get the spots out of our old carpet. They did an excellent job (spots all gone - they have not returned) and a very quick drying time. New life to an old carpet! Thanks
