They have the worst sales people that do not understand your needs. We had ordered a phone system with them and I had plenty of discussion with them on it, yet they tried to pull a bait and switch right before the installation and tried to charge more for work and material. Unbelievable! I ended up providing the materials and did most of the labor ourselves. They installation work was sub par and I will most likely redo it in the near future when I have the time.
