I was very disappointed to receive a product I purchased here that was shipped to my home. The packaging was poorly done, and the item arrived chipped. I paid over $60.00 only to receive a damaged product. When I called the store, they said I would need to take it up with UPS. Very disappointing! I was traveling from out of town and loved the item I had purchased - how sad that I could not get my item replaced. :-(
