OPA - thank you for being such a great vendor! I love that I get to speak with someone local every time I call and everyone there is always so helpful!
Contact the customer right away if you can't get the toner that was ordered and promised by next day. Be upfront that you can't execute the job. Instead sales erased the order and claimed there was no order on file. Lesson learned. :-(
